With custom millwork, you get an exact fit for non-standard dimensions, unusual layouts, or unique architectural details that prefabricated products simply can't accommodate. you also have full control over wood species, finish, profile, and hardware. This means that the final product matches your vision instead of a catalogue.

Beyond aesthetics, custom millwork is built to last. Prefabricated options are often made with lower-grade material and mass-production shortcuts keep the costs down. Custom pieces are crafted with attention to detail, high quality materials, and joinery that holds up over time, making them a smarter long-term investment.

From the first consultation to final installation, were with you every step of the way. Every piece is built to fit your space precisely. No unnecessary fillers, no awkward gaps, just clean, seamless results that elevate the look and feel of your home or project. 

Yes, we do! Fully coloured renderings are included in every millwork project. 

Every project is unique, so lead times can vary depending on the scope, complexity, and materials involved. We aren't able to provide a one-size-fits-all timeline, but we'd love to hear about your project. Reach out to us with the details and we'll give you an accurate timeframe tailored to your specific needs.

We will never take on a project we aren't confident about. If there's any doubt about achieving a match, we'll be upfront with you before moving forward. we won't proceed unless you're fully informed and on board.

That said, the answer depends largely on your existing finish:

• Laminate, melamine, or thermoplastic finishes: We are limited to current material availability, so an exact match is not always possible.
•  Painted or wood finishes: Matching is possible in many cases; however exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Beyond materials, factors like sun exposure, everyday wear and tear, and the age of your existing cabinetry all play a role in how seamlessly new and old pieces integrate together.

In situations where a perfect match isn't achievable, we often recommend maintaining a deliberate separation between old and new cabinetry. We can introduce transitional design features such as architectural elements or decorative accents that act as a bridge between the two, creating a cohesive and intentional look without putting the two directly side by side.

Removal is not a service we offer directly, but we're happy to refer you to a reputable contractor we trust who can handle the demo and work seamlessly alongside your millwork project.

We are not a general contractor, so we don't manage full renovations from start to finish. What we do offer is high quality, in-house fabrication of cabinets and millwork. For everything outside of that, we have a trusted network of referrals including contractors who work we work with regularly to help make your project come together smoothly.

Yes, we do!  We offer both in house installation services and delivery. 

We strongly recommend using our experience installers, as they know our products inside and out and are trained to deliver the best possible results. Choosing to use outside installers not provided by us may affect the quality of the final outcome, and in that case, we are unable to assume responsibility for the results. Please note that using an installer not approved by us will also void your warranty.

For the best experience from fabrication to finished product, trust the team that built it. However, if you prefer to use your contractor, that is not a problem!

We offer delivery straight to your door. If you prefer, you're also welcome to arrange your own pickup from our shop. Please note that once the product leaves our facility in the care of the client, we are not responsible for any damages that occur during transportation. We highly recommend using our delivery services for an ease of mind.
